Responsibilities
Core areas of operations include:
Lead all regional Go-to-Market programs from strategic planning to tactical implementation including success evaluation
Design integrated 360-degree marketing campaigns in co-operation with global and local key agencies
Provide support in executing company events such as IQ
Determining and negotiating Qualcomms sponsorship and events package in Russia
Analyse high-tech media trends to determine trends, issues and opportunities to position Qualcomm as a Thought-Leader
Deliver marketing communications materials to support customer activities and events in Russia and other emerging European markets
Skills/Experience
Experienced in all aspects of marketing communications and corporate communications, preferably in telecoms industry
10+ years of B2C marketing experience
5+ years of consumer advertising experience
Strong consumer marketing experience at Fortune-500 companies
Retail channel marketing or trade marketing experience
International Marketing experience
Demonstrated track-record negotiating with retailers and/or telco operators
A proved track-record of supporting Go-To market marketing campaigns
Experience interacting with senior executives
Outstanding communication skills verbally and in writing
Strong project management skills
A team player with strong relationship building skills
Strong attention to detail
Excellent planning and organization skills
Good financial management skills
A proven track-record in presentation material development
Flexible with the ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
Affinity for technology
Experience in consumer electronics, mobile communications a plus
Bachelors degree required / MBA strongly preferred
Fluency in Russian and English
Education Requirements
Degree in Marketing Communications or MBA from reputed institute. At least five years experience with a Top Brand Agency, High-Tech company, Public organization, or Ivy League University

Job Description
Qualcomm is looking for a communications strategist to assume the lead for content generation and marketing communications for Qualcomm Europe operations. Responsible for developing and executing Qualcomm's EU leadership communication content, this role requires the director to be responsible for developing messaging for internal and external dissemination, to drive marketing communications activities, to drive Go-to-Market programs and to build the positive perception of Qualcomm in Russia with customers and peers. The goal is to maximize the impact of Qualcomm's marketing investment in the region and to ensure consistent communication of the Snapdragon brand. The director will guide all regional marketing programs especially ATL advertising and BTL retail and operator channel programs from strategic planning to tactical implementation including success evaluation. This encompasses designing integrated 360-degree marketing campaigns together with key agencies. Other Responsibilities include agency management and budget management.Responsibilities

Те, кто пишут «значек» и «симпотичный», должны автоматически лишаться диплома и аттестата.
И правда :) Не могу найти "симпотичный" - где оно проскочило?
«Симпотичный» — это к примеру, у вас не встречал. Из таких же сильных раздражителей: «-тся» и «-ться»; «не» с глаголами слитно; «вы» всегда с большой буквы, и даже если имеется ввиду множественное числ; заявление: «ну, мы же не на уроке русского языка».
В целом я согласен, но всяко бывает. Вот в ваших трех строках тоже есть "числ" вместо "число". Не всегда удается заметить опечатку, не всегда важно ее исправить. Язык избыточен, в том числе и для того, чтобы ошибки не мешали передаче информации. Но некоторые ошибки, конечно, могут раздражать, особенно, если они повторяются.
Забавно, что я опечатался. Но, согласитесь, что опечатка (пропущенная буква, например) и орфографическая ошибка суть разные вещи.
P.S. Очень люблю глагол «суть» — двойственное число глагола «быть».
Согласен. Еще иногда случаются опечатки, неотличимые от ошибок. Когда знаешь правило, используешь правило, но вот что-то переклинило, и возникает кАрова. Мне не кажется, что это повод для серьезных огорчений. Терри Пратчетт отлично троллит всех граммер-наци своим анк-моркпоркским, показывая, что не стоит быть слишком серьезными.
P.S. а мне нравится "есмь" или даже есмѢ. В нем ощущается точка опоры :)
