Workgroup’s Purpose

The AMM has a deep audience understanding and provides customer and market insights into the organization The Audience Marketing Manager will engage directly with key audience stakeholders to drive execution, adapting plans and investments accordingly.The AMM is accountable for the Marketing strategy and ensures we havethe right engagement with this audience to achieve the right business and platform adoption outcomes.
You will create an audience marketing plan that includes identifying new opportunities, drives recommendations for investments and increases product-line growth. You will lead the decision-making process related to the marketing mix, channels, and measurement to maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of your investments, You will lead the execution of this plan and ensure the right governance model, visibility and accountability is in place across the organization.
The Audience Marketing Manager is a member of the Audience Marketing Team in Developer and Platform Evangelism (DPE) department whose overall mission is to secure platform adoption and revenue growth by ensuring that students, developers, IT pros, choose and succeed with Microsoft platforms.
The Audience Marketing Manager will develop and implement strategy for engagement with technical audiences by working with top influencers and regional leaders to build loyal technical community across Russia. This person will be responsible for driving MCP Clubs/UGs, MSPs in Russia, identifying and executing strategy for online resources for influnecers: IT Bonus loyalty program GotDotNet/Ineta sites.
Job’s Purpose
Main responsibilities of Technical Audience Marketing Managerwill be to:
•Support product launches by organizing “community launches” in regions
•Work with regional leaders of MCP clubs and UGs to strengthen regional community and increase their activity
•Work with CPLSs to support regional clubs and continue expansion to regions
•Work with local BGs and DPE Evengelists on preparing relevant content for Communities and on organizing LMs/TTTs for Communities
•Build strategy for MSPs in Russia so that they cover and reach technical students all over Russia
•Hold MSP Summit once a year
•Allign with CMO team and DPE Academic Lead to better structure MSP Program
•Use online resourses for better Community work and integration: IT Bonus, Ineta, GDN.
•Work with MVP lead to grow talents from regional influencers
•Work with corp team on getting benefits for influencers

Qualifications
•BA and 5+ years of marketing experience expected.
•Business/marketing experience in the software industry across these audiences (developer, IT Pro and community at large) required
•Sites management experience (10k+ pages, 500k+ visitros monthly) is required
•Fluency in English
•Understand the competitive landscape and the strengths and weaknesses of Microsoft technology in this space
•Demonstrate the passion and tenacity for expert program management and execution.
•Operational excellence and ability to scale optimal campaign & event delivery results
•Orientation with evidence marketing and PR
•Outstanding interpersonal skills, organized, decisive, detail & action-oriented, innovative and able to motivate, inspire, and lead teams with a high degree of independence & success
•May include evening calls with Redmond team
•Computer skills - must be proficient in Microsoft technologies: Office Suite, SharePoint, Live Meeting, etc.
